Sharon Carino

Sharon joined Encore Glass in 2023 and brings 25 years of industry experience, including leading a national sales team and expanding business with new customers.

She has made a significant impact with key accounts, contributing 1.2 million cases in her first year. Sharon specializes in the Napa Valley and Sierra Foothills regions and is closely involved with the FEV 3945 mold.

Fluent in English, Tagalog, and Ilocano, Sharon approaches customer relationships with integrity and excellence, even in challenging situations. She believes in adapting her leadership style to support individual success while fostering a culture of genuine care. Sharon’s personal mantras, “Never Stop Learning” and “Failure is NOT an option”, reflect her drive and dedication.

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys running half marathons and cherishing time with her family, embodying a balance of passion and perseverance.
