Roberto Guzman

Roberto is proud to be the third generation in his family to build a career in the glass container industry.

He joined Encore Glass in 2018 and brings more than 23 years of experience in glass packaging, specializing in supply chain and risk management. A Chemical Engineer with an MBA in Industrial Management, he leads with agility, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a strong customer-focused mindset. Notably, Roberto spearheaded Encore’s 2024 anti-dumping investigation, demonstrating his dedication to protecting both the company’s and customers’ interests.

Passionate about the glass and wine industries, Roberto thrives on navigating their challenges while upholding Encore’s core values of integrity and excellence. He is especially proud of the complex Anya bottle, which highlights the strength and capabilities Encore delivers to the wine industry. Fluent in English and Spanish, Roberto values Encore’s family-owned culture and believes that controlling one’s own destiny is the key to lasting success.
