Since joining Encore Glass in 2008, he has become a trusted partner to clients across California, Arizona, and New Mexico - building strong relationships and delivering tailored packaging solutions with enthusiasm and integrity.

With a background that spans corks, capsules, stoppers, logistics, and labels, Lee’s industry knowledge runs deep. He’s a two-time recipient of Encore’s prestigious Pillar Award and thrives in the dynamic, seasonal rhythm of the wine business. Lee’s leadership style is visionary and collaborative, rooted in transformational and democratic principles that inspire others and drive continuous improvement.

Lee holds a B.S. in Industrial Arts Education from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, he’s an active blood donor, a passionate golfer, and fitness enthusiast. His guiding principle? “Today is always the most productive day of your week”.
