Since joining Encore Glass in 2014, Kenny has brought more than 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, with over a decade spent in the wine and packaging industries.

As Vice President of Accounting and Finance, he leads all key financial functions including reporting, budgeting, audits, and month-end close, ensuring both operational excellence and long-term financial health for the organization.

Kenny is a firm believer in integrity, continuous improvement, and empowering teams. Under his leadership, Encore has implemented process enhancements and workflow automations that allow for monthly financial closes in just three days. His leadership philosophy is rooted in trust, giving his team the autonomy to grow while fostering accountability and learning through experience.

With an MBA and certification as a CPA, Kenny brings a steady and forward-thinking perspective to his work. What inspires him most about the industry is seeing the artistry of wine production come to life on the shelves and knowing that Encore plays a meaningful role in helping wineries present their craft to the world.
