Since joining Encore Glass in 2017, Karina has built nearly eight years of experience in the wine and packaging industry. She also brings a strong foundation of over 18 years in customer service, spanning hospitality, retail, and administrative roles. In her role, she supports the Customer Service team by streamlining workflows, solving problems proactively, and helping deliver timely, accurate service that reflects Encore’s high standards.

She played a key role in launching Encore’s “2.0” system, a long-anticipated project that improved both accuracy and efficiency for the team and customers. Karina leads with a team-first mindset, believing that a connected and empowered team is the foundation of great service.

Driven by continuous improvement and a love for fast-paced environments, Karina thrives in an industry where no two days are ever the same. She holds a degree in Business Administration and enjoys learning and evolving alongside the glass and packaging industry. Her favorite mold is the 3755 Anya, a lighter version of the classic Shasta, and her favorite varietal is Verdelho from Suisun Creek.

Outside of work, Karina enjoys Pilates, reading, and baking cakes. She finds motivation in the strong relationships she shares with her team and values the sense of purpose and connection that comes from being part of a family-owned company.
