Jeff Pelo

Jeff joined Encore Glass in 2025 with more than 25 years of experience in packaging sales and new business development across the Pacific Northwest. He is known for building strong customer relationships and providing reliable support to wineries and packaging partners. 

At Encore, Jeff works closely with wineries in Oregon and Washington to grow their business, guide new projects, and ensure every order is managed with care. He has a deep appreciation for Oregon’s wine industry and its impact on the region. His favorite Encore line is the Burgundy, a natural fit for the area’s celebrated winemaking tradition. 

A graduate of Oregon State University, Jeff values integrity, humility, and long-term relationships. He believes every customer deserves the same attention and respect, and he approaches his role with honesty and a solutions-first mindset. His personal mantra, “Know the custodial staff as well as you know your boss,” reflects his commitment to treating everyone with kindness, respect, and humility. 

Outside of work, Jeff gives back through community volunteer efforts and supports global child development programs. He enjoys time with his wife and three children, and also loves hiking, golfing with his daughter, and cheering on Oregon State with friends and family. His favorite varietal is Pinot Noir, and one of his most meaningful wine memories is sharing a bottle on New Year’s Eve 1989, the night he met his wife.
