Jaime joined Encore Glass in 2019 and brings over 30 years of experience in the glass container industry. As Quality Manager, he ensures that every product we deliver meets both customer specifications and all applicable regulatory standards. He plays a key role in validating corrective actions and strengthening quality practices, with a consistent focus on accountability and long-term improvement.

With a background in mechanical engineering and an MBA, Jaime has a passion for continuous learning and sharing best practices that elevate product quality. He leads with a participatory approach, encouraging his team to grow, problem-solve, and take ownership of their work. For Jaime, trust is earned over time and is essential to building a strong, dependable team.

Jaime’s favorite mold is the 3781 Bali, a balanced claret bottle that represents simplicity and elegance. He is energized by the pace of the industry and the fact that no two days are the same. The constant evolution keeps the work dynamic, challenging, and deeply rewarding.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Jaime leads with integrity and strives to set a strong example for those around him. He values Encore’s culture of accountability and shared purpose, and believes in the importance of listening and learning from one another. Outside of work, he finds joy in spending time with his family, no matter the activity.
