Heather has been with Encore since 2016 and brings over 16 years of experience in the wine and packaging industry.

Based in Paso Robles, she partners closely with wineries across the Central Coast, delivering tailored glass and packaging solutions that align with each brand’s vision. With a background in consultative sales and the unique perspective of owning a small winery, Heather understands her clients' needs on a personal level—offering practical, creative solutions grounded in real-world challenges.

She’s proud to have collaborated with clients to bring custom molds like the Adelaida bottle to market. Known for her transparency, integrity, and heartfelt relationships with customers, Heather’s approach is authentic and effective - with just the right touch of spice.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys lake days with her family, quiet getaways, and pairing her home-baked cupcakes with wine—a sweet reflection of her love for both creativity and connection.
