Emily Costanzo

Emily joined Encore Glass in 2017 and brings eight years of experience in the wine and packaging industry.

She supports customers throughout the Foothills, Napa, and Sonoma regions with a thoughtful, grounded approach shaped by a diverse academic background in health education and science.

Known for being quietly effective, Emily focuses on solutions, follows through on commitments, and leads with calm collaboration. She enjoys the creativity and variety the wine industry offers, and values the relationships built through her work.

Emily is also deeply involved in the broader wine community. She actively supports organizations including Wine Women, B Walker Ranch, CASA of Solano County, and Safequest Solano. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, camping with her family, beachcombing, treasure hunting with her kids, cooking, and crafting.
