Devon joined Encore Glass in 2024, bringing with him a strong background in consumer-packaged goods and a keen understanding of retail and distribution strategy.

With a major focus on business development, he is dedicated to identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across key regions including the South Bay, Central Coast, and Southern California.

Devon is especially drawn to Encore’s integrity, transparency, and culture of continuous improvement, values he lives by in every interaction. Whether he's leveraging the featherweight collection to showcase our capabilities or diving deep into industry trends, Devon is passionate about learning, evolving, and delivering value to customers.

A graduate with a BS in Hospitality, Devon is driven by a personal mantra to make a meaningful impact every day. Outside of work, you’ll find him playing golf, planning adventures, or relaxing with his favorite shows. He’s also an animal lover and volunteers at the Humane Society of Silicon Valley.
