Brad Tucker

With over four decades of sales and executive leadership experience in the wine and packaging industries, Brad has been a driving force behind Encore Glass’s growth since joining the company in 2013.

His extensive background includes senior executive roles at Anchor Glass and Closure Systems International, where he led global sales teams and business development initiatives.

At Encore, Brad leads a dynamic and diverse sales team with a clear vision, strategic direction, and a collaborative spirit. Under his leadership, the team consistently delivers value to customers while ensuring their satisfaction. He is particularly proud of the company’s sustainability achievements in lightweight glass and closed-loop recycling, which support both customer goals and environmental responsibility.

Brad holds a liberal arts degree from Otterbein University and completed the Alcoa Commercial Leaders Education & Development program. Grounded in integrity and a “can-do” attitude, he believes in treating others as he would want to be treated. Outside of work, Brad enjoys traveling, hiking, college football, and spending time with his family, while also supporting causes like cancer awareness and the Special Olympics.
