Barry Ganter

Barry joined Encore Glass in 2023, bringing with him two decades of experience in the wine and packaging industry.

He spent ten years bottling wine throughout the West Coast, from Central California to Washington State. In his role on the Technical Services team, Barry helps ensure the quality and consistency of our glass by applying a deep understanding of how bottles perform on the line.

With a focus on screwcap application and problem-solving, he works closely with customers to reduce bottling challenges and improve efficiency. He takes pride in being a hands-on partner in the process, offering practical support informed by years of firsthand experience.

Barry is certified in AGR Fractures and believes the first step to solving any issue is to listen. His guiding principle is simple: ask questions, stay curious, and always keep the bottling line running. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors, especially backpacking and fishing whenever the opportunity arises.
