Athena brings over 14 years of industry experience to her role at Encore Glass, where she has served since 2018.

Her journey began in the wine industry as a lab worker during harvest, ultimately advancing to bottling supervisor overseeing multiple lines and over 100 employees. At Encore, Athena supports bottling operations across California’s Central Valley and Central Coast, ensuring seamless production and quality assurance.

Known for her resilience, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Athena has been recognized twice as Employee of the Year. She holds certifications in Home Winemaking Microbiology from UC Davis and Fracture Analysis from American Glass Research. Passionate about building honest relationships, Athena treats every partner with respect, regardless of title—a philosophy that guides her leadership style and professional approach.
