Alex Pett

Alex joined Encore Glass in 2025, bringing 13 years of experience in the wine industry, including 13 harvests across Northern California from the Sierra and El Dorado Foothills to Napa Valley.

He supports customers by troubleshooting glass-related issues, monitoring production quality, and ensuring proper handling on bottling lines. As a technical liaison between Encore and its clients, Alex provides on-site assessments and detailed reporting to help wineries maintain product integrity and achieve smooth bottling operations.

Passionate about sustainability, Alex values Encore’s lightweight bottles like the Baja and Lola, which balance efficiency, performance, and design. His favorite varietal is Grenache, appreciated for its versatility and vibrant character. With a BA in Business Economics from California State University, Sacramento, Alex leads with a hands-on, solution-focused approach rooted in consistency, integrity, and collaboration.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys golf, basketball, and backyard barbecues. He also values time at the park with his sons, staying active and connected with family life.
