We gathered on the warehouse floor again this month, this time to recognize Encore Glass team members celebrating one-year, and five year anniversaries with the company.
Five years here covers a lot of ground: new customers, new product lines, and no shortage of busy seasons. The people hitting that mark have become the ones others turn to when something needs solving. Our one-year honorees are past the learning curve and well into contributing, and it's been good to watch that happen.
Milestones like these are worth stopping for. They're a reminder that the work isn't just orders and pallets, it's a group of people who show pu for each other and for our customers.
