Celebrating Our Team: May 2026 Service Awards

There's a lot that goes into getting the right bottle to the right customer at the right time, and almost all of it comes down to people.

On May 18, we paused in the warehouse to recognize the Encore Glass team members reaching one, five, and ten-year milestones with the company. 

Ten years is a long time in any industry. It means seeing harvests come and go, weathering supply chain swings, and building the kind of customer relationships that don't happen overnight. Out five-year honorees have grown into roles that keep this place running day to day. And our one-year team members are already making their mark, proof that the culture here is something people want to be part of. 

Each honoree received a bottle from one of the wineries we're proud to partner with. It felt like the right way to say thank you: a finished product that started, in part, with the work they do here.
