Encore Glass Promotes LC Giacobazzi To Sales Director
Encore Glass Encore Glass, a family-owned wine bottle supplier serving wineries across North America, has promoted LC Giacobazzi to Sales Director. In this role, she will oversee Account Managers, lead sales processes and training, and support new business development in partnership with Director of New Business Development Phil King.

LC joined Encore Glass in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative and has since built a wide-ranging career across Customer Service, Operations, and Account Management. Her 15 years of experience give her a comprehensive view of the customer life cycle and the operational demands of delivering dependable glass packaging. She has been a key contributor to the development of internal tools, sales resources, and service standards that support Encore's reputation for reliability and responsiveness.
Throughout her tenure, LC has strengthened customer relationships across major wine regions from Oregon to Southern California. Her background, combined with her track record of service, has made her a trusted partner for wineries and a consistent advocate for operational alignment and continuous improvement. She is also a three-time Encore Pillar Award honoree, recognized for her leadership and commitment to the company's core values.
As Sales Director, LC will guide Encore's growing Sales team with a focus on structure, training, and consistent customer engagement. Her work will support the company's long-term strategy of strengthening customer partnerships, expanding new business development, and maintaining a dependable nationwide service model.
